A Coffee at a Time

First there was Jessi’s.
Then there was Boulevard Cafe.
After awhile Cup opened.
Then Bread Brother Bagel Cafe moved on in.
And now Dunwell Doughnuts has arrived.
Let the Bushwick/Montrose coffee wars begin.
My neighborhood has been officially gentrified.
I just hope the coffee prices come down eventually.
